I know my username and password, but am still experiencing difficulty logging in. What should I do?
Usernames and passwords are case sensitive. If you are sure you are using the correct case but still experiencing difficulties logging in, it might help to delete cookies and start over. You can delete cookies by following the instructions on the aboutcookies.org website.

I attended a seminar or workshop in the past, but am still experiencing difficulty logging on. What should I do?
Contact us and we will make sure someone gets back to you as soon as possible so you may access the materials you need.

Do I need to be logged onto the campus in order to download resources?
You do not need a campus username to download our study guides and other resource materials. We do encourage you to fill out a download survey, however, so that we may better meet your needs. You will be prompted to fill out this simple survey when you attempt to download materials.

How can I purchase Facing History resources?
A number of our resources are available for purchase through our website, as indicated by a purchase link and icon at the top of their associated pages. You may view a full list of these resources and purchase them through our site or contact us for more information.

What do I need to do to become part of the Facing History network?
To become part of the Facing History network, teachers must attend either a face-to-face institute or participate in an online course.

Please submit a change-of-address form and your updated information will be sent to the appropriate Facing History staff.
