Join us as we explore ways to address issues of bullying and student safety in schools. This workshop will feature excerpts from the film
Bully
, the accompanying Facing History study guide,
A Guide to the Film BULLY: Fostering Empathy and Action in Schools
, and a number of other classroom-ready Facing History materials. These resources will raise important questions about the impact of upstander behavior and the responsibilities of all members of a school community in creating a safe and respectful learning environment.
In collaboration with Bank Street College of Education. $10 registration fee includes lunch and materials.
