Produced by Facing History and Ourselves alumna Mikaela Beardsley, Reporteris a feature documentary about Nicholas Kristof, the two-time Pulitzer Prize winning columnist for the New York Times, who almost single-handedly put the crisis in Darfur on the world map. The film explores the role of journalism in a democracy and in our increasingly interconnected world.

Following the screening, we will enjoy some Q&A time with Tamara Banks, freelance journalist and talk show host.

This film is presented in partnership with the Denver Film Society and is the second in our Facing History Film Series: Exploring Justice in the Classroom.
